The Davidson Wildcats will play their next five baseball games away from Wilson Field.
Â
The road swing begins with a three-game Atlantic 10 Conference series at VCU, which starts Friday at 6:30 p.m. at The Diamond in Richmond.
Â
Davidson (13-7) has played 15 of its first 20 games at home, not including home series with Fairleigh Dickinson and Richmond, which were entirely washed out by rain. In between, there have been road trips to Duke, N.C. A&T, USC Upstate and Vanderbilt and a game against Winthrop at Charlotte's BB&T Ballpark.
Â
Davidson and VCU (19-6) are both 3-0 in A-10, as is St. Joseph's.
Â
After playing three games in Richmond this weekend, Davidson will visit North Carolina April 2 and Gardner-Webb April 3 before hosting N.C. Central April 5.
