Series History
• Davidson leads the all-time series, which began over 100 years ago, 94-60, and has won the last 11 against the Paladins.
• The Wildcats are 41-30 against Furman on the road, 9-1 in Timmons Arena and 30-5 under head coach Bob McKillop.
• Nik Cochran scored a career-high 22 points, and Davidson held Furman without a field goal for 10:20 in the second half to post a 79-70 win over the Paladins in the season's first meeting a month ago in Belk Arena.
• Cochran made all three of his field goal attempts, which all came from behind the 3-point line, and netted 13-of-15 from the free-throw line. JP Kuhlman added 14 points for the Wildcats, and De'Mon Brooks recorded 11 points, eight rebounds and three assists.
• Jordan Miller led the Paladins with 21 points, and Colin Reddick scored 13 points, with nine coming from the charity stripe. Noah States added 10 points.
• The teams combined for 51 fouls and shot 71 free throws, making 55. Davidson shot 76 percent from the line, and Furman made 79 percent. The Wildcat bench exploded for 40 points as a few starters sat most of the first frame in foul trouble.
• After a layup by Amu Saaka that made the score 53-52 in favor of the 'Cats with 11:47 left, Davidson held the Paladins without a field goal until Miller hit a triple with 1:27 to play. The Wildcats opened that stretch with an 11-2 run, capped by a Cochran 3-pointer from the corner, that made the margin 64-54 with 8:33 remaining.
• After Furman trimmed the lead to 66-60 on a pair of Brandon Sebirumbi free throws, Clint Mann answered with a driving layup, and Tom Droney tallied a conventional 3-point play to push the lead back to 11 with 1:47 to go. Davidson went 8-for-10 from the line the rest of the way to seal the win.

• The Wildcats held a 14-point margin with 1:50 remaining but Furman outscored Davidson 19-8 to make it just 84-81 with nine seconds remaining. Bryant Barr was fouled on the inbounds play after Darryl Evans made it a one-possession game with nine seconds remaining, but Barr missed both free throws.
• Fellow senior Archambault was there to haul in the rebound off the second miss, was fouled, and then hit both free throws to ice the win.
