Wildcats Host UNCG on Tuesday

Davidson's seven-game season-opening homestand continues Tuesday evening when the Wildcats host UNCG at Wilson Field.
First pitch is set for 5:30 p.m.
It's the first meeting between the former Southern Conference foes since 2022, when the Wildcats won two of three in a weekend series.

• Davidson is 1-2 after the debut series against Bryant.
• The Wildcats and Bulldogs played three tight contests, with Davidson earning an 11-10 win in the first game of Saturday's doubleheader.
• Matthew Manjooran's walk-off RBI-single capped a five-run eighth inning to deliver that victory.
• For the weekend, Forrest Lietz led the Davidson bats with a .571 average (4-for-7), a 1.625 OPS, a home run and eight RBIs.
