• Coming off an 82-67 setback at nationally-ranked Dayton, the Wildcats enter 15-13 overall and 9-7 in Atlantic 10 play.
• This mark's the 500th conference game (393 SoCon | 107 A-10) of head coach Bob McKillop's 31-year career.
• In league games only, Jon Axel Gudmundsson ranks among A-10 leaders in scoring (16.2/7th), rebounding (8.4/6th), defensive rebounds (7.6/1st), assists (5.6/5th), assist/turnover ratio (2.4/4th) and minutes played (37.8/2nd).
• Backcourt mate and fellow preseason all-conference selection Kellan Grady is fifth in the league in scoring at 17.0 points per game.
• Grady averaged 20.0 points and 4.1 rebounds in the month of February, while shooting 53.4 percent overall and 51.4 percent from long range.
• Gudmundsson (14.3), Luka Brajkovic (10.4) Carter Collins (10.2) and are also averaging double figures for the Wildcats.
• Since joining the league in 2014-15, the 'Cats are 68-38 in A-10 regular season contests and 77-43 including A-10 tournament play.

GET BETTER EVERY DAY
• One of the Wildcats' philosophies is to get better every day, and Davidson has seen the fruits of that labor at the end of the year.
• Since 2003-04, the Wildcats own a 103-29 record in the month of February.
• Davidson is 47-26 in March during that time.

LAST TIME OUT
• Dayton placed five players in double figures and shot 72.3 percent from the floor as the nationally-ranked Flyers defeated Davidson, 82-67, Friday evening inside UD Arena.
• Obi Toppin led the way for the Flyers with 23 points on 10-of-11 shooting to go along with 12 rebounds.
• Despite the loss, the Wildcats' backcourt of Kellan Grady (22) and Jon Axel Gudmundsson (20) combined for 42 points. Freshman Hyunjung Lee added 13 off the bench.
• Dayton used a lengthy run late in the first 20 minutes to grab control before carrying a 42-24 lead into the half.
• The Wildcats shot 57.7 percent after intermission to finish the game at 47.2 percent, including a 9-of-21 effort from long range.
• After Davidson cut the deficit to 77-64 on a Luka Brajkovic trey with 3:30 to play, the Flyers responded with a small spurt to put the game out of reach.

LAST TIME VS. RICHMOND (1/14/20)

• Richmond led 35-27 at the half and built a 17-point lead in the second 20 minutes. The Spiders were efficient offensively, converting 46 percent from the field and 40.9 from beyond the arc. And they hit 15 of their 16 free throws (93.8 percent).
• Davidson was within three points early in the second half, after Grady knocked down two free throws and made it 39-36 with 15:54 left. But the Spiders answered with seven straight points to regain control. The lead peaked at 58-41 with 8:02 to play..

• This season, Jon Axel Gudmundsson has hit the following milestones -- 1,600 career points, 750 rebounds, 550 assists, 200 made 3-pointers and 150 steals.

• He is the only player in school history with 1,000 career points, 500 rebounds and 500 assists.

FREE BASKETBALL
