• Davidson sits at 3-2 on the young season following an 85-70 win at cross-county rival Charlotte on Tuesday.
• The victory was the fifth straight for the Wildcats in the annual "Battle for the Hornets' Nest Trophy".
• Peyton Aldridge (25) and Kellan Grady (22) combined for 47 points, while Jon Axel Gudmundsson recorded his first career double-double with 12 points and 10 assists.
• Aldridge, a preseason all-conference selection, continues to lead Davidson in scoring (22.0 ppg) and rebounding (7.2 rpg).
• Grady and Gudmundsson are also averaging double figures for the 'Cats at 15.8 points per game each.
• The trio accounts for 61.8 percent of Davidson's offense, while shooting better than 50.7 percent (99-195) from the floor combined.
• Davidson leads the nation in 3-pointers per game (13.8), assist-turnover ratio (2.48) and assists per game (21.8).
• Through five games, Davidson has a combined 109 assists to just 44 turnovers.
