The Wildcats pulled away in the bottom of the fifth when Pope led off with a single to right field. After Cam Johnson drew a walk, Sam Foy recorded his first hit of the season with a bunt down the third base line to load the bases before Lee Miller reached on a RBI fielders choice that took a 3-1 lead.
