• No. 21/21 Davidson plays No. 12/14 Oklahoma for the first time in school history as the teams meet in the second round of the Dick's Sporting Goods NIT Season Tip-Off.
• The winner advances to New York City for the semifinal round against either Alabama Birmingham or Arizona.
• It's the Wildcats' third appearance in the NIT?Season Tip-Off, and Davidson is 1-2 in the tournament.
• Under the new tournament format, Davidson is guaranteed to play four games on consecutive weeks.
• The winners of the opening sites will move on to New York, and the remaining 12 teams will play third and fourth-round games Nov. 24 and 25. These games will be played on the home campus sites of the three highest remaining seeds.
• Participating teams will not play any team twice, and third and fourth rounds will be assigned to the most geographically compatible site possible.
• It's Davidson's first appearance in the tournament since 2003-04. The 'Cats fell 89-58 at Texas Tech that season.

• Davidson got its first Preseason NIT?victory with a 99-64 decision over James Madison Monday at the Lloyd Noble Center.
• The Wildcats have won 27 of their last 28 games, dating back to Jan. 3, 2008.
• Davidson has not started 2-0 since the 1996-97 season.
• Oklahoma enters the game with a 2-0 record after posting a 94-53 win over Mississippi Valley State Monday.
• Favored to win the Big 12, the Sooners feature preseason All-America Blake Griffin and heralded freshman Willie Warren.
• The Sooners boast a 425-72 all-time mark at the Lloyd Noble Center (.855 win %).
Series History
• This is the first meeting between the Wildcats and Sooners.
Claw Marks
• Stephen Curry registered 29 points, 10 assists and nine steals in the season opener vs. Guilford. There has been only one triple double in Davidson history, which was recorded by John Falconi (17 pts, 12, reb, 11 asst) against Loyola Dec. 28, 1973.
• Curry has scored in double figures in 66 straight games. He's hit the 20-point mark in 49 games and the 30-point mark in 16 outings. He has scored 25 or more points in six straight games, dating back to last season.
• Curry has hit a 3-pointer in all 72 games he has played in at Davidson.
• Andrew Lovedale posted his third career double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds vs. James Madison.
• Davidson set a school record with 25 steals against Guilford Nov. 14. Curry and Max Paulhus Gosselin combined for 17.
• Including last year's season finale against Appalachian State, Davidson has sold out its last two games in Belk Arena.
