Baseball Hosts Richmond in A-10 Series This Weekend

Having played eight of its last nine games on the road, the Davidson baseball team starts a six-game homestand Friday afternoon when it opens a weekend series against Atlantic 10 foe Richmond at Wilson Field.
It's the eighth of 10 league series on the schedule.
Friday's first pitch is set for 5 p.m.
LATEST ON THE 'CATS
• The Wildcats are 23-19 overall and 14-7 in the A-10.
• They are alone in second in the league standings behind 19-2 Saint Joseph's and three games ahead of Fordham, Richmond and VCU.
• The Wildcats have won their last five A-10 series, including last weekend's sweep at George Washington.
• Also in A-10 play, the Wildcats swept St. Bonaventure and have won series against Dayton, George Mason and Saint Louis. Davidson dropped series against Fordham and La Salle.
