'Cats Visit Loyola Chicago for Sunday Showdown

DAVIDSON, N.C. -- Coming off their bye week, the Davidson Wildcats will head to Loyola Chicago for their first Atlantic 10 match up in the Windy City.Tip off is slated for 12 p.m. CST/1 p.m. EST on CBS Sports with additional coverage on the Davidson Radio Network.

• Davidson closed out its non-conference season 10-3 overall, winning their last seven games before the start of the Atlantic 10 season.
• The 'Cats enter Sunday's tip 2-5 in league play, with both wins coming on the road against Fordham and Saint Louis.
• Davidson will visit Loyola Chicago for the first time since the Ramblers joined the Atlantic 10 in 2022.
• The Wildcats hold a 3-0 all-time record against Loyola, including a thrilling 59-56 win over the Ramblers inside Gentile Arena in December of 2019.

• Loyola's Dame Adelekun is one of the most efficient shooters in the Atlantic 10, shooting 61.1 percent from the floor with 8.5 points per game.
• Loyola and Davidson have had common opponents in Fordham, Saint Louis, Richmond and VCU entering the second month of A-10 play. Both teams have picked up wins over Fordham and SLU while falling to VCU and Richmond.

• The Ohio native also ranks 52nd nationally from the point, averaging 4.9 assists per game.
• With 98 total assists (2nd in A-10 / 69th nationally), Huffman also has a team-best 31 steals, good for seventh best in the league.
