Davidson Baseball Set to Host Two Camps This Summer

Registration is underway for two Davidson Wildcat Baseball Camps this summer, presenting opportunities for players entering grades 6-12.

Both camps will be held at Wilson Field, located at 202 Martin Ct., on the Davidson College campus.

The "Middle School Camp" will be July 26-27 (Mon-Tues) for players entering grades 6-8. There will be instruction from college coaches and players in all facets of the game, with training resembling that of the Davidson College team. The camp will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day. Registration closes July 23.

The "Prospect and Instruction Camp," designed for players in grades 9-12, is set for Aug. 28-29 (Sat-Sun), from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. The two-day camp will feature intense instruction, pro-style workouts, batting practice and scrimmage situations. Registration ends Aug. 25.
