• Davidson finishes the season series against Georgia Southern in a 7 p.m. contest Wednesday in Belk Arena.
• The Wildcats have four games left on the regular-season schedule, and three are at home.
• Davidson has won five of its last six but is coming off an 88-79 loss at Furman Saturday. The 'Cats are 5-5 in their last 10 overall.
• Davidson coach Bob McKillop is four wins shy of his 400th career victory.

• Davidson leads the all-time series 25-6 and has won the last eight contests.
• The series began with an 84-64 Davidson victory Jan. 30, 1962.
• The 'Cats are 13-1 at home, 11-1 in Belk Arena and 22-6 during Bob McKillop's tenure.
JP Kuhlman scored 20 points, and De'Mon Brooks added 14 points and five rebounds to lead Davidson to a 73-66 win in the season's first meeting in Hanner Fieldhouse Jan. 31.
Brendan McKillop also scored 11 for the Wildcats, and Tom Droney netted eight.
• Jelani Hewitt and Ben Drayton scored 14 points each to lead Georgia Southern, and Tré Bussey added 11.
• Davidson shot 54 percent from the field and made 7-of-15 from behind the arc on the game. The 'Cats held Georgia Southern to 40 percent from the floor in the first half.
• The Wildcats led by nine points at halftime and pushed the margin to 11 early in the second frame, but an 8-2 Georgia Southern spurt, capped by a Hewitt triple, trimmed the lead to 48-45 midway through the period.
• McKillop knocked down a big 3-pointer from the wing to give the Wildcats some breathing room, and Kuhlman's two free throws made the advantage 54-45 with 6:52 to play.
• After Georgia Southern trimmed the cushion to six points, Jake Cohen hit a big turnaround jumper in the lane to open an 8-3 Davidson run. Kuhlman's two free throws made the score 64-53 withy 1:50 remaining.
• Kuhlman poured in 24 points, and Cohen scored 18 to lead Davidson to an 84-74 win in the last game in Belk Arena.
• Kuhlman went 7-for-9 from the floor and 10-for-14 from the free-throw line for the Wildcats. Will Archambault collected 12 points and five rebounds, while Brendan McKillop scored 15 points. Nik Cochran added nine points off the bench.
• Willie Powers led the Eagles with 23 points and seven assists, and Rory Spencer posted 18 points, five boards and four blocked shots. Colby Wohlleb scored 14.
• The 'Cats withstood the Eagles' frantic pressure to shoot 55.1 percent from the field while holding Georgia Southern to 40.4 percent, including 12-for-32 in the second half.
• The Eagles stayed in the game by making the most of their free-throw opportunities, shooting 22-for-26 from the line. Davidson controlled the boards, outrebounding Georgia Southern 38-27, and knocked down 25-of-35 free throws.

Leftovers from Furman
• Furman broke an 11-game losing streak against Davidson and improved to 11-1 at home this season.
• Brooks' 16 points were a career high.
• Kuhlman now has 21 assists and no turnovers in his last three games.

Claw Marks
• Davidson went 3-7 in January but is 3-1 in February.
• Davidson has been within six points or less (two possessions) of its opponents in the last five minutes in eight of its 13 losses this season, including four of the last five. The 'Cats have been within three points or less (one possession) in the last five minutes of five of their losses.
Brendan McKillop has been named one of 66 candidates for the Bob Cousy Award, which recognizes college basketball's top point guard.
Jake Cohen was named to the MSG Holiday Festival All-Tournament Team after averaging 15.5 points, seven rebounds and two blocked shots in two games.
• Davidson has held its opponents to under 40 percent shooting in eight games and won all eight.
• With just one non-conference game left in the regular season (Presbyterian Feb. 19), Davidson owns a 6-5 non-conference mark.
• Davidson began the season by playing 10 of its first 13 games on the road. The 'Cats home opener was the sixth game of the year, the latest during the 22-year tenure of head coach Bob McKillop.
• Davidson won its home opener for the 19th consecutive season.
• The Wildcats opened SoCon play with two games in Charleston for the second-straight campaign.
• The Wildcats' 80-52 loss at No. 24 Vanderbilt Jan. 2, was their worst loss since a 75-47 setback at then eighth-ranked Duke in 2006.

Milestone Watch
Brendan McKillop is 224 points away from 1,000 for his career. He also needs 24 3-pointers to pass his older brother, current assistant coach Matt McKillop, to move into third place on the career list at Davidson. The game against Furman Jan. 12, was his 100th career contest.
Jake Cohen has 70 career blocked shots, placing him 10th on Davidson's career list. Frank Ben-Eze needs 19 to crack the top-10.
• Cohen needs 279 points for 1,000, and Kuhlman needs 276.
