2005: Voted by teammates as the George Weicker Rookie of the Year… tossed two scoreless innings of relief with a pair of strikeouts at Wofford … fanned season-high three in 1.2 innings of a 13-12 win over Duke … squelched a two-on, one-out jam while down a run in the seventh versus The Citadel … went on to pitch 1.2 scoreless innings in the game … won both his starts — first went six frames, allowing seven hits and four runs with three whiffs vs. Gardner-Webb; two weeks later yielded just four hits and one run in 5.2 innings against Radford … SoCon Honor Roll.
