Note: First year on baseball team after starting at quarterback for four years for the football team ... playing competitive baseball for the first time since high school.
Prep Years: Four-year lettermen and three-time Offensive MVP for coach Mike Muschamp at Lovett High School • Three-time AA All-State selection and team captain as a junior and senior • Owns all Lovett quarterback career records with 6,062 passing yards, 58 TDs, 60 percent completion rate and 146.5 efficiency rating • Rushed for 18 career touchdowns • Also lettered in baseball four years and was named all-area and the 2009 GHSA Dugout Club AA Player of the Year • National Honor Society • Played saxophone in school’s concert and jazz band.
