2019 (Senior): Appeared in 22 contests, taking his career total to 90, second all-time at Davidson • Struck out 30 in 26.1 innings, taking his career strikeouts-per-nine-innings mark to 9.3, first in program history • Posted a 1-1 record and 5.81 ERA • Struck out five against N.C. A&T (Feb. 26) • Earned the win against Toledo (March 3) • Threw two hitless and scoreless innings and struck out four against No. 1 Vanderbilt (March 5) • Threw three innings, scattering four hits and striking out four, to keep Davidson in a tied game that resulted in a 12-inning 6-5 win over Saint Louis (April 26).
2018 (Junior): Made a team-high 23 appearances out of the bullpen… did not allow a run for his first 10 appearances… carried a sub-2 ERA until May, finished with 2.86… picked up saves against Wake Forest (2/20) and Mount St. Mary’s (3/17)… finished with 23 strikeouts across 22 innings, limiting opponents to a .218 average… one of four Wildcats named to the A-10 All-Academic team, tying a league record.
2017 (Sophomore): Made a team-high 28 appearances (ranks tied for eighth all-time for a single season)… picked up first collegiate save after a solid 3.2 innings vs. St. Bonaventure (3/18)… retired nine batters in a row from 3/21 (at High Point) to 3/25 (Rhode Island), including fanning three… did not allow a run in four straight appearances ((3/21- at High Point), (3/24 and 3/25, Rhode Island), (3/28- at Duke)) and allowed just two runs across eight appearances in that time frame… also did not allow a run in four appearances from 4/22-5/10… earned first win of the year after 2.2 innings of relief vs. Winthrop at BB&T Ballpark in Uptown Charlotte… finished year with a 3.86 ERA in 35 innings pitched with 40 Ks.
2016 (Freshman): Appeared in 17 games, finishing with a 1-0 season record … pitched 19.0 innings, allowing 13 earned runs off 27 hits with 13 strikeouts for a 6.16 ERA … posted 10 scoreless outings … recorded his first collegiate win in his first appearance, pitching 0.2 innings against Marist and recorded one strikeout (2/19) … recorded a season-high three strikeouts in a season-high 2.1 innings at Winthrop (4/19) … appeared in the season finale against Rhode Island and recorded two strikeouts (5/28).
