DAVIDSON — Bucknell scored runs in six straight innings en route to an 8-3, series-evening win over Davidson Saturday afternoon at Wilson Field.
With the result, both teams are 2-3 heading into Sunday's series finale.
Outfielder Jamie Daly drove in the game's first run with a second-inning double to left, and Chris Schuchart followed with an RBI-single. Schuchart added an RBI-single in the fourth as well. Daly, Schuchart, Noah Jouras and Jack Cotrone had two hits apiece.
Wildcats starter Isaac Fix threw 4.2 innings, allowed one earned run and four hits and walked two in a no-decision.
Will Marenghi recorded the last six outs, while facing seven batters.
