DAVIDSON, N.C. – Davidson hosts Temple out of the American on Thursday evening at 7 p.m. inside John M. Belk Arena. The Wildcats are 8-2 on the season and the Owls sit at 6-5.

This is the fifth ever meeting between Davidson and Temple. The last matchup took place on December 18, 2024 and the Owls won 62-61 in Philadelphia, Pa.
The two teams played an overtime contest on December 15, 2018 in Atlantic City, N.J. (Hall of Fame Boardwalk Classic). Temple won 77-75. Luke Frampton led the way for the Wildcats with 24 points and seven triples.
Davidson's only win over Temple was in the first matchup back in 1967.
