‘Cats Fall on the Road to Drake

DES MOINES, Iowa – Drake, the defending PFL champs, defeated Davidson, 45-0, Saturday afternoon from Drake Stadium.
The Bulldogs, who improve to 4-2 overall and remain unbeaten in league play (3-0), finished with 570 total yards, including 377 on the ground.
Despite the setback, senior Ivan Hoyt continued his impressive season for the 'Cats with 12 catches on 21 targets for 148 yards.
Davidson's Coulter Cleland completed 22-of-41 passes for 252 yards.
Nick Herman led the way for Drake with 134 yards on the ground, while Jackson Voth had 106 receiving yards and two scores.

The Wildcats return home to Davidson College Stadium next weekend when they host league favorite San Diego for a noon kickoff.
