10/28/2021 11:36:00 AM | Field Hockey
The Davidson field hockey team will conclude its home schedule Friday when it hosts Saint Louis in Atlantic 10 Conference play.
It's also Senior Day, and the Wildcats will honor their class of 2022 prior to the 5 p.m. game.
Four Wildcats will be recognized: Chloe Appleby, Grayson Buben, Izzy Moody and Julia Smith.
"This senior class has given so much to our program," said Davidson coach Zoe Almquist. "They have been here right alongside our staff, each and every step of the last three years of this journey. I am so grateful for their commitment to their teammates and to our collective goals. It has been a pleasure to watch them grow as students, hockey players and as people. And, I can't wait to see their successes as they transition into life off the field."

Julia Smith's penalty shot with 4:05 left in double overtime pushed the Wildcats past A-10 foe Lock Haven 2-1 last Sunday.
Macy Curtis provided the Wildcats' first goal, two minutes into the third period, following a penalty corner.
