WILDCAT SCRATCHES
• Davidson returns to action Tuesday evening with a 7 p.m. tip at Duquesne.
• This marks the third straight season the 'Cats and Dukes have played on Jan. 5.
• The Wildcats enter 5-4 overall and 1-1 in A-10 play following an 80-74 setback to Richmond Wednesday evening inside Belk Arena.
• Head Coach Bob McKillop is just one win shy of 600 for his career.
• He would become the 40th (15th active) head coach with at least 600 wins at the Division I level.
• McKillop is currently 17th on the active wins list behind Mark Few (608) and Jay Wright (601).
• The 'Cats are 70-40 in A-10 regular season play, including 10-8 last year, and 68-36 including A-10 tournament play, since joining the league in 2014.
• Five of Davidson's first seven conference games are against teams that were projected to finish in the Top-6 of the preseason poll.
• Through nine games, Davidson's starting backcourt of Hyunjung Lee (17.4), Kellan Grady (16.7) and Carter Collins (14.2) are combining to average 48.3 points per game.
• As a team, the 'Cats are averaging just under 10 offensive rebounds per game, while holding a +6.8 margin on the glass.

LAST TIME OUT
• A late Richmond run proved to be the difference in a tight Atlantic 10 Conference contest Wednesday night in Belk Arena, as Davidson fell 80-74 to the Spiders.
• Junior forward Luka Brajkovic turned in his first double-double of the year, and matched his career-high with 14 rebounds, but Davidson struggled to generate offense down the stretch, failing to score for more than three minutes.
• Davidson led 72-69 with 3:28 to play following a layup by Hyunjung Lee, but Richmond scored 11 unanswered points from there. The Wildcats, meanwhile, missed their next five shots until Sam Mennenga scored off an offensive rebound to break the drought with two seconds left.
• Brajkovic also scored 14 points and had a double-double by halftime, with 11 points and 12 boards in the opening 20 minutes.
• Lee led the Wildcats with 17 points, while Mennenga finished with 13 and Carter Collins had 12. Michael Jones provided a lift with nine points off the bench.
• Four Spiders scored in double figures, including Grant Golden, who scored 22, and Tyler Burton, who had 18 points and 11 boards.

UP NEXT
• Davidson returns to Belk Arena Friday evening for a 9 p.m. contest against Dayton.

BALANCED BACKCOURT
• Through nine games, Davidson's starting backcourt of Hyunjung Lee (17.4), Kellan Grady (16.7) and Carter Collins (14.2) are combining to average 48.3 points per game.
• In addition, the trio is averaging 13.1 rebounds while shooting 49.3% from the floor and 43.1% (66-153 | 7.3 per game) from 3-point land.
• Grady, Lee and Collins have each recorded three 20-point efforts this season.

CLOSING IN ON 600
• Head coach Bob McKillop is just one win shy of 600 for his career.
• He would become the 40th (15th active) head coach with at least 600 wins at the Division I level.
• McKillop is 17th on the active wins list behind Mark Few (608) and Jay Wright (601).
