DAVIDSON, N.C. – Davidson hosts No. 19 Saint Louis on Tuesday night inside Belk Arena. The Wildcats are 13-8 (5-4) while the Billikens sit at 21-1 (9-0).

INSIDE THE MATCHUP
This is the 14th meeting between Davidson and Saint Louis. The Wildcats dropped both matchups last season, which included a 83-75 result in the A-10 Tournament. The Billikens are the first ranked opponent to play inside Belk Arena since 2018. Davidson hosted 17/18 Rhode Island on March 2, 2018 and won 63-61. Later that season, the 'Cats won the A-10 Tournament and beat Rhode Island in the championship game.
As of February 1, Saint Louis ranks third nationally in field goal percentage (52.1). and first in the nation in field goal percentage defense (36.2). The Billikens also led the A-10 and rank sixth in the nation in scoring offense (91.4 points per game). Meanwhile, Davidson ranks 11th in the A-10 in scoring offense (71.9 point per game). The Wildcats rolled past Richmond 79-54 Saturday afternoon at the Robins Center. This is Davidson's second-largest margin of victory against a Division I opponent this season. Josh Scovens has scored in double figures in each of the previous six contests while shooting 64.3 percent from the floor. 53 of his 81 points during this span have come in the second half. During conference play this season, the junior ranks 6th in field goal percentage (56.3) across the A-10.
Scovens reached the 1,000-point mark for his college career last week against Fordham on January 21. In two seasons at Army, the Greensboro native scored 824 points. He is averaging 10.4 points per game this season.

Logan has 119 career blocks, which is currently the fourth most in Davidson program history. The 2022 A-10 Player of the Year, Luka Brajkovic, is third on the list with 120. Jamie Hall ('82) is second with 159. Jake Cohen ('13) is at the top of that list with 197.
