DAVIDSON, N.C. – Davidson used a 20-3 second-half run to grab control and remain unbeaten in Atlantic 10 Conference play with a 48-36 win over Saint Joseph's Wednesday evening inside Belk Arena.
The Wildcats who had won just one of the previous 14 meeting between the A-10 foes, improve to 12-5 overall and 4-0 in league play.
Despite both teams shooting below 30 percent in the opening half, Davidson held the Hawks to just one field goal in the second quarter while carrying a 19-12 lead into the break.
After Saint Joseph's (11-4, 2-2 A-10) started the third with seven straight points to even the score, 19-19, the Wildcats responded with their game-changing streak to take control and put the game out of reach.
Davidson would push the lead to as many as 17 on multiple occasions.
Charlise Dunn recorded her sixth double-double of 2025-26 with 10 points and 13 rebounds to lead the way for the Wildcats. Kyra Bruyndoncx also scored 10 points.
Gabby Casey was the lone Hawk in double figures with a game-high 19 points to go along with 8 rebounds and 5 steals.
