Davidson will continue its season-long three-match homestand Tuesday when nationally-ranked Wake Forest visits Alumni Stadium for a 7 p.m. contest.
Playing their fifth NCAA Tournament opponent from a year ago through seven contests, the Wildcats enter 1-4-1 following a 1-0 setback to Saint Louis over the weekend.
Freshman Justin Stone continues to lead Davidson in scoring with three goals, while Jamie DiLuzio has a goal and two assists.
This will be the 36th all-time meeting between the in-state foes.
Wake Forest was the top-ranked team in the nation last week before falling to James Madison, which dropped the Demon Deacons to fifth in the polls.
Wake enters 6-1-0 overall following a 1-0 blanking of Syracuse on Saturday in Winston-Salem.
Averaging just under two goals per outing, Justin McMaster and Calvin Harris lead the Deacs with three goals each.
