DAVIDSON, N.C. — After having its two-game win streak snapped over the weekend, Davidson looks to get back in the win column when it hosts Atlantic 10 preseason favorite George Washington Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. on the hardwood in John M. Belk Arena.
The Wildcats (9-11, 3-4 A-10) currently sit a four-way tie for fifth place in the league standings with VCU, Saint Joseph's and George Mason. The Colonials, first in the A-10 at 7-0, enter Wednesday's game on another hot streak, having won their last 12 straight games. A year ago, they were riding a 17-game win streak when the 'Cats traveled to GW's gym. The Colonials are currently receiving votes in both the Associated Press and USA Today Coaches Polls.

•Davidson is in its 37th season and reached the 400-win mark last year at Gardner-Webb.
