DAVIDSON, N.C. -- The Wildcats return home for its Richardson Stadium finale when it hosts San Diego at 12 p.m. for Senior Day
THE GAME
• The Wildcats return home Saturday to host San Diego at 12 p.m. on Senior Day at Richardson Stadium.
• The Davidson football program and the Department of Athletics will honor its 13 seniors 20 minutes before kickoff.
• Saturday's game will mark the 11th meeting between the two teams and San Diego leads the all-time series that dates back to 2000, 8-2. San Diego has won the last three meetings against the 'Cats.
• The Wildcats are 0-5 against the Toreros in Richardson Stadium where San Diego took the last meeting, 17-10, on Nov. 17, 2012.
• The last Pioneer Football League win for the Wildcats came at Valparaiso on Nov. 10, 2012 where Davidson took a 28-27 overtime victory.
• Davidson is 28-63 (.308) all-time in the Pioneer Football League.
• This week's honorary captain is 2014 Bill Gammon Award winner Matt Casey. Davidson has a tradition of bringing back the reigning Bill Gammon Award winner for Senior Day each year.

This week's honorary captain is Matt Casey, Class of 2015. Casey, the 2014 Bill Gammon Wildcat Award winner, was a two-time All-PFL honoree. He put together his best season last year, making a career-high 110 tackles - the third most in Davidson history - including a career-high 17 in his final game.

Jacksonville threw for 313 yards and five touchdowns in the first half to hand Davidson a 42-12 loss in PFL action Saturday at D.B. Milne Field. Jacksonville's Rylan Wells threw for 318 yards on 18-24 passes and four touchdowns, while two Dophlins collected over 100-yards receiving to lead both teams. Taylor Mitchell led the way for Davidson with 161-yards passing on 15-of-32 completions and one touchdown. Jacksonville finished the day with 582 total yards, compared to Davidson's 201. The Dolphins held the 'Cats to just 40 yards rushing and 14 first downs.
DARYOUSH EARNS SECOND-CAREER ACADEMIC ALL-DISTRICT HONOR
Senior right tackle Josh Daryoush was named to the 2015 Academic All-District III First Team on Nov. 5. The Bethesda, Md., native, who is pursuing a pre-medicine track, is a crucial part of Davidson's offensive line and has started all nine games at right tackle this season. As a first team selection, Daryoush is eligible for consideration for the Academic All-American team. The offensive lineman was named Academic All-District last season and became the 10th Wildcat football player to earn the honor twice.
MORRIS RECORD WATCH
Senior WR William Morris is one step closer to setting all three of Davidson's all-time receiving records as he broke Lanny Funsten's career yards mark against Marist on Oct. 24. Morris needs just eight receptions and one touchdown to tie Funsten in both categories. Morris also holds the single-season receiving yards record with 1,224 that was set in 2014.
