Bio
Turner on Herder: “Madeline is true defender with great athletic ability. Her step to the ball and strong hit allows her to get out of trouble quickly and find the midfield. Because of Madeline’s speed and experience as a defender she will be able to adapt quickly to our defensive style and see time on the back line.”
2014 (Senior):
Named captain for Davidson's first season in the Atlantic 10 conference ... Started 16 games in a defensive role … Registered a defensive save at Monmouth (Sept. 21) … Set a new single-game program record with three defensive saves against William & Mary (Sept. 28).
2013 (Junior):
SoCon Honor Roll … Anchored the Davidson backfield, starting all 20 games on defense … Recorded a defensive save vs. Longwood (11/3)… Helped the team to a 6-0 shutout victory of Georgetown (8/30) … Also led the backfield in a 1-0 shutout victory of Radford (10/27) … Helped the Wildcats rank fourth in the NorPac in defensive saves … Davidson also ranked fourth in the league in goals allowed per game.
