2009: Had a breakout senior season, setting personal highs in nearly every category ... started a career-best 10 games in goal and earned a 6-4 record ... picked up a personal-high three shutouts in wins over Francis Marion, High Point and Furman ... registered a career-high 31 saves, picking up a season-high five twice in a game.
2008: Returned to Davidson after a season at College of Charleston and appeared in four games, starting two of the in goal for the 'Cats ... earned a personal-best 15 saves ... tallied a career-best eight saves at Harvard, Sept. 12.
2007: Transfered to College of Charleston.
2006: Saw action in five games, starting four of them as a freshman with the Wildcats ... picked up three wins and two shutouts while filling in for an injured Bevin English ... earned shutout wins against High Point (9/8) and Elon (10/26) ... allowed only two goals in her five games for a goals against average of 0.48 in first year.
Prep and personal: Ward played club soccer for Charleston United and was named to the State Olympic Development Program in 2005 … a four-year varsity goalkeeper … the team captain was an all-region and all-state honoree, as well as MVP on her squad.
