Wildcats Wrap Up Elon Invitational

ELON, NC - The Davidson women's tennis team concluded competition at the Elon Invitational over the weekend. The Wildcats played two doubles matches and four singles matches on Friday. Saturday's action featured two rounds of doubles and then one singles match.

"It was another great opportunity to improve," said Associate Head Women's Tennis Coach Kelly Larkin. "I was most impressed with our doubles play. We were fearless in trying new formations and sticking with our teams' goals. In singles, we had five matches out of six matches go to a third set tiebreaker. It showed our determination of not going away whether that's mentally or physically."
