SERIES HISTORY...
Richmond holds a slight 7-5 lead over Davidson in the all-time series. The 'Cats have won two of the last three meeting with the Spiders but most recently fell 75-44 on Feb. 12, 2023. Elle Sutphin had a team-high 10 points and nine rebounds in the loss while the Wildcats were a perfect 11-of-11 from the foul line.

LAST TIME OUT...
The Wildcats snapped a two-game losing streak when they picked up a 66-48 win on the road at Fordham Sunday. Davidson was led in the victory by Charlie Dunn who went for 20 points on a 7-of-12 showing from the floor and 4-of-5 performance from beyond the arc.
Sutphin contributed in a major way with a 15-point, 10-rebound double-double to go with three blocks while Issy Morgan tallied 12 points.
QUICK FACTS...
• Davidson was firing on all cylinders from 3-point range at Fordham with a season-best 55.6 percent (10-of-18) with Dunn, Sutphin and Mallorie Haines combining to go 8-of-12 from deep.
• The 'Cats posted a strong first quarter of defense against the Rams, holding them to only five points over the opening 10 minutes and only 7.69 percent from the floor over that time period.

Australia natives Dunn and Millie Prior have served as a solid one-two-punch for the Wildcats all season. More specifically, in conference competition, the duo have combined for 37.8 percent of Davidson's scoring. As a team the Wildcats are shooting 45.3 from the floor.
In four starts over five A-10 games, Dunn averages 12.8 points and 4.0 rebounds while shooting 46.8 percent from the floor and a perfect 12-of-12 from the charity stripe.
Prior over five starts in league action tallies 10.3 ppg and 6.8 rpg while connecting on an efficient 62.9 percent from the floor with seven blocks.

Since entering the conference portion of the schedule, Davidson has been off to hot starts in the opening action of its contests. Through five A-10 games, the Wildcats are outscoring their opponents by a +35 margin (97-62) in the first quarter alone.

FULKS CLOSING IN ON MILESTONE WIN...
Having compiled an already impressive season through the opening half of the year, head coach Gayle Fulks (99-96) enters the week one win away from her 100th career win as a head coach.
The current 13 wins is now Coach Fulks' fifth most wins in a season at Davidson. Fulks is on pace, with 13 regular season contests remaining in the year for her best season yet a top an 18-15 2021-22 season.
