'Cats Conclude Regular Season Against No. 13 UMass Saturday

DAVIDSON, N.C. – The Davidson Wildcats are set to end the Atlantic 10 regular season on Saturday, April 23, taking on the No. 13 UMass Minutewomen at home in Richardson Stadium.

ABOUT THE MINUTEWOMEN… UMass currently sits atop the league standings with an 8-0 A-10 record, and is 14-2 overall. The Minutewomen average 17.19 goals per game and 24.56 points per game, led by Kendra Harbinger's 43 goals this season. In goal, Gina Carroll allows 9.82 goals per game and has a save percentage of .396.
HISTORICALLY SPEAKING… UMass leads the all-time series over Davidson 8-0, as the 'Cats average 6.5 goals per game with the Minutewomen. The Wildcats last met UMass in the semifinals of the 2021 Atlantic 10 Tournament, where netminder Amanda Monahan made 14 saves against then No. 20 UMass while Julianne Carey won 10 draw controls.
LOOKING AHEAD… Davidson will await its fate heading into the 2022 Atlantic 10 Lacrosse Championship, set to be held at Garber Field in Amherst, Mass. The first round of the tournament will be held on Thursday, April 28 and conclude on Sunday, May 1.
