Hyunjung Lee and Korea concluded their appearance in the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament with a 96-57 setback to Lithuania, which entered ranked eighth in the world.
Lee, a 6-7 guard from Yongin City, South Korea, finished the game with 11 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists in 26 minutes.
Korea will continue its Summer tour in the 2021 FIBA Asia Cup hosted by Indonesia, August 17-29.

Lee and Korea Continue Olympic Quest Wednesday
After making his Senior National Team debut two weeks ago, Davidson's Hyunjung Lee and Korea will continue their quest for a spot in the Summer Games, Wednesday with a 12:30 p.m. (ET) contest against Venezuela to begin group play of the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament.
With games being played in Kaunas, Lithuania, Korea will conclude the group phase on Thursday with another 12:30 p.m. (ET) tip against host Lithuania, which is currently ranked eighth in the world.
Korea, along with Lithuania and Venezuela make up Group A, while Group B consists of Poland, Angola and Slovenia. The top two teams from each group will advance to bracket play, which will be played July 3 & 4, with the winner earning a spot in the Summer Games.
Lee, a rising junior from Yongin City, South Korea, was remarkable in the 2021 Asia Cup Qualifiers, averaging 17.3 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.8 blocks per game, while shooting 51.1 percent from the floor and converting 11 of his 13 free throws.
"Representing my country is the biggest dream since I started playing basketball," said Lee. "It will be a great experience and lesson. I will learn as much as possible from this great opportunity."
In just two seasons at Davidson, Lee has established himself as one of the nation's top shooters. As a sophomore, the 6-7 guard became the first-ever Wildcat to conclude the season shooting at least 50 percent overall, 40 percent from 3-point range and 90 percent at the line.
Since the 1992-93 campaign, only 11 Division I college basketball players have accomplished this feat.
A 2020 Atlantic 10 All-Rookie selection, Lee averaged 13.5 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists this past season, while helping the Wildcats to a third-place finish in the conference standings, followed by a postseason NIT berth.
About the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament
Eight countries have already qualified for the 12-team Olympic field with the remaining four spots being decided beginning Tuesday June 29, in four separate FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournaments.
The Tournaments will take place in Serbia, Croatia, Lithuania and Canada, as 24 teams vie for the remaining spots.
Korea, along with Lithuania and Venezuela make up Group A in Kaunas, Lithuania, while Group B consists of Poland, Angola and Slovenia. The top two teams from each group will advance to bracket play, which will be played July 3 & 4, with the winner earning a spot in the Summer Games.
Opening ceremonies for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics will be held Friday, July 23. Men's basketball will tip off Sunday, July 25 and run through Saturday, August 7.
