BLACKSBURG, Va. — Virginia Tech shot 65.5 percent in the first half to open up an 18-point lead and Davidson was forced to play catchup the rest of the way, falling 88-68 Sunday afternoon in a non-conference women's basketball game inside Cassell Coliseum.
