KANSAS CITY, Mo. – For the second straight season, Davidson's Peyton Aldridge has been named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) All-District Team.
Selected and voted on by member coaches of the NABC in NCAA Division I, these student-athletes and coaches represent the finest basketball players and coaches across America.
Aldridge, the 2018 Atlantic 10 Co-Player of the Year, led Davidson to its first-ever A-10 Conference Tournament title this past weekend, earning Most Outstanding Player honors.
In addition to scoring in double figures 41 straight games dating back to last season, Aldridge continues to lead the Wildcats in scoring (21.5 ppg) and rebounding (7.8 rpg).
Just one of five players in school history to crack the 2,000-point plateau, Aldridge ranks among Davidson's all-time leaders in scoring (2,159/3rd), rebounds (889/3rd), 3-pointers made (238/6th), free-throw percentage (.826/3rd), blocks (115/3rd) and starts (129/1st).
