A-10 Pairings Announced for 2017-18 Men's Basketball Season

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – The Atlantic 10 Conference on Wednesday announced the 2017-18 men's basketball schedule pairings. For the fourth consecutive season, the 14 members will play an 18-game conference slate.
The Wildcats, who have won a combined 32 league games and advanced to the A-10 semifinals in each of their first three years as members, will play home/home series with Fordham, George Washington, Rhode Island, Richmond and St. Bonaventure.
In addition, Davidson will host La Salle, Massachusetts, Saint Joseph's and Saint Louis, while also traveling to Dayton, Duquesne, George Mason and VCU.
There will be 126 conference games, which will allow teams to face each league opponent once and five teams twice.
The A-10 is coming off a season in which six teams reached the postseason. It was the 10th year in a row and 32nd time overall, the A-10 earned at least three bids into the NCAA Tournament and the 12th straight year the Atlantic 10 had a team advance to the Round of 32.
The 2018 Atlantic 10 Men's Basketball Championship will be played March 7-11, 2018 at Verizon Center in Washington, D.C.
The complete 2017-18 conference schedule with dates and times as well as national television information will be released later in the year.
