PHILADELPHIA - Davidson senior Will Brewster competed in the 123rd running of the Penn Relays Thursday night at historic Franklin Field.
Brewster toed the line at the 123rd Penn Relays against some of the top competition in the country. The Grayslake, Ill., native turned in a time of 14:15.29 to finish 12th overall. He currently holds the Davidson program record with a time of 14:07.79 completed at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival last season and boasts three of the five fastest 5k's all-time.
Brewster rejoins the Wildcats for the 2017 Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship beginning Saturday, May 6 at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Mass.
