RICHMOND, Va. — Senior Nicole Pettiglio led a comeback by scoring six of her career-high seven goals during the rally and for the second game in a row Davidson picked up a big comeback victory with a 13-10 road win at VCU Friday night in Atlantic 10 women's lacrosse inside Cary Street Field.
The Wildcats (6-8, 4-3 A-10) overcame a 7-2 deficit after the first 15 minutes of action by using a 5-0 run to close out the first half and then outscored the Rams 6-3 in the second half to pull out the win.
