DAVIDSON, N.C. — The Davidson women's basketball team looks to close out their home schedule with their final two games starting Saturday against Rhode Island at 2 p.m. in an Atlantic 10 tilt inside John M. Belk Arena as part of Senior Day and Play4Kay.
The Wildcats (4-20, 2-10 A-10) will finish out their home slate of games by taking on Fordham, Feb. 14. It will be the second meeting of the season between the two teams after the Rams took the first meeting, 85-72, back on Jan. 4.
Senior Day & Play4Kay Saturday ...
In addition to hosting Rhode Island Saturday, Davidson is making the game its 9th annual Play4Kay game presented by Carolina Pest Management. Fans are encouraged to wear pink to the game Saturday, as proceeds from the event will benefit the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. For more information on Play4Kay, click here.
The Wildcats will also honor their three seniors, Rachel Piles, Melanie Ransom and Kayla Seymour, prior to the start of the game for their four-year careers as part of the program.

•In a game that featured 11 lead changes and nine ties, the final lead change proved to be the difference as George Mason pulled away from Davidson in a 59-55 defeat Wednesday night.
•With the Wildcats up 48-45 to start the fourth quarter, GMU tied and then eventually took the lead for good by using a 9-2 run to go up 54-50 with 5:21 left.
•Davidson would get within two, 54-52, on a jumper by Justine Lyon a few minutes later. Then down 58-55, Davidson had one last chance to attempt a tying three-pointer with under 20 seconds remaining, but with the shot clock running down Chloe Johnson's shot was off the mark.
•Lyon was the lone Wildcat to reach double digits with 14 points. Kyla Roland had a career game on the glass, hauling in 14 rebounds to go with eight points off the bench.

•Latt is or will be ranked in the top-15 all-time in the record books during her third season. The junior became the 19th Wildcat to reach 1,000 points this year and currently sits in 11th with 1,116.
