Swimming and Diving to Honor Nine Seniors at Saturday Dual

DAVIDSON, N.C. – Davidson swimming and diving will honor its nine seniors Saturday, as the teams square off against the Tribe of William & Mary in dual meet action.
Prior to the 1:00 p.m. start, veterans Christina Brown, Kate Carter, Erica Clancy, Kassie Shannon, Elise Lankiewicz, Katy Williams, Chris Cardwell, Luke Boliek, and Spencer Davies will be recognized for their time in and out of the water at Davidson.
In addition to Senior Day, the first 50 students will receive free Chipotle and there will be a cannonball contest during one of the intermissions.
The 'Cats are coming off a dual meet last Friday against UNC Wilmington, where despite both the men and women's squads falling, senior Elise Lankiewicz and freshman Crossan Cooper each picked up A-10 weekly accolades.
Lankiewicz was named the women's Performer of the Week for the fourth time this season, while Cooper picked up his second career Rookie of the Week plaudit.
William & Mary comes in with a 5-3 record on the men's side and 4-5 on the women's. The Tribe are led by seniors, Joe Eiden on the men's and Jaimie Miller on the women's, who each lead their conference in their respective events. Eiden boasts 13 wins on the season, while Miller has 14.
