A-10 Pairings Announced for 2016-17 Season

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – The Atlantic 10 Conference on Wednesday announced the 2016-17 men's basketball schedule pairings. For the third consecutive season, the 14 members will play an 18-game conference slate.
The Wildcats, who are entering year three in the A-10, will play home/home series with Fordham, George Washington, Rhode Island, Richmond and VCU.
In addition, Davidson will host Dayton, Duquesne, George Mason and St. Bonaventure, while also traveling to La Salle, Massachusetts, Saint Joseph's and Saint Louis.
There will be 126 conference games, which will allow teams to face each league opponent once and five teams twice.
The complete 2016-17 conference schedule with dates, times and television information will be announced at a later date. The 2017 Atlantic 10 Men's Basketball Championship will be played March 8-12, 2017 at CONSOL Energy Center in Pittsburgh, Pa.
