DAVIDSON, N.C. — Davidson finishes out its home regular season schedule Wednesday evening with Senior Night when it plays host to Virginia Commonwealth in John M. Belk Arena at 7 p.m. for an Atlantic 10 women's basketball matchup.
Prior to the start of the game, seniors Lillian McCabe, Mellissa Giegerich and Shannon Eriksson will be honored as they play their final home game in a Wildcat uniform.
The 'Cats (5-22, 1-13 A-10) are hosting the VCU Rams for the first time after playing them on the road in January.
OPENING TIP: Quick Hits ...
•Davidson is in its 36th season and reached the 400-win mark, Nov. 20, at Gardner-Webb.
•The 'Cats moved to the Atlantic 10, July 1, 2014, after a 21-year run in the Southern Conference.
•The Wildcats were picked to finish 12th in the A-10 Coaches Preseason Poll.
