'Cats to Hold Red/Black Game Saturday

DAVIDSON, N.C. – The Davidson men's basketball team will hold its annual Red/Black Scrimmage Saturday at 3 p.m. in John M. Belk Arena. The scrimmage is open to the public, and admission is free.
The team will be introduced prior to the scrimmage, while Head Coach Bob McKillop and the Wildcats will take part in a postgame question and answer session with fans in the lobby after the contest.
In addition to its fourth straight postseason appearance and 19th overall, Davidson finished the 2013-14 campaign with a 20-13 record, marking the eighth time in the last 10 seasons the Wildcats have posted 20 or more wins.
The Wildcats, who officially joined the Atlantic 10 Conference in July, will host Lenoir-Rhyne in a preseason tune up Nov. 11 before opening the season Nov. 15 against Catholic on McKillop Court at 2 p.m.
