Kalinoski Leads the Way in Red/Black Game

DAVIDSON, N.C. -- Senior Tyler Kalinoski scored 16 points, grabbed five rebounds and handed out five assists in leading the Black squad to a 50-39 victory over the Red team in Davidson's annual Red/Black game Saturday afternoon at John M. Belk Arena.

The scrimmage consisted of a 20-minute half, before the two teams took part in a number of end-of-game drills and situations.

Brian Sullivan also scored in double figures for the Black squad with 11 points, while Jake Belford and Nathan Ekwu led the Red team with 14 and 12 points, respectively.

Following the contest, Head Coach Bob McKillop and the Wildcats took part in a postgame question and answer session with fans in the lobby.

The Wildcats, who officially joined the Atlantic 10 Conference in July, will host Lenoir-Rhyne in a preseason tune up Nov. 11 before opening the season Nov. 15 against Catholic on McKillop Court at 2 p.m.
