DAVIDSON, N.C. – Cold temperatures have left Wilson Field covered in snow Sunday, forcing the cancelation of the non-conference baseball series finale between Davidson and George Washington.
Davidson claimed the first two games of the series, including a contest Saturday shortened in the top of the seventh inning by “thundersnow.”
The Wildcats will next play at NC Central Wednesday at 4 p.m., and will then play four games in three days starting with Georgetown Friday at 6 p.m.
