DAVIDSON, N.C. – Spend your Valentine's Day with the Wildcats, as the Davidson wrestling team will host a Southern Conference dual meet in Belk Arena against Campbell, Thursday at 7 p.m.

Scouting the Wildcats: Davidson (6-10, 1-4 SoCon) will be looking for another home SoCon victory. The 'Cats claimed their most recent SoCon match at home with a one-point victory over SIUE. The victory ended a 22-match Southern Conference losing streak and a seven-match overall losing streak. Davidson has come up short in its last two outings though against tough competition, falling to Duke and Chattanooga. against Campbell. Scott Patrick (184 pounds) continues to lead the team with 13 wins, while sophomore Philip Elias (125) has 11 wins. Elias, Chris Cirenza (165) and Carson Stack (197) lead the team with two SoCon wins each.

The Camels defeated VMI in its first SoCon match of the year, and suffered its lone loss at Appalachian State, 16-15. Freshman Eric Montoya leads the team and the SoCon at 125 pounds with a 28-11 record, including a 5-0 mark in SoCon duals. Paul Duggan boasts a 17-12 record at 165 pounds.
