• Davidson will continue its challenging non-conference slate Thursday when it takes on Georgia in the opening round of the Charleston Classic at 5 p.m.
• The Wildcats enter 0-3 after suffering a 70-57 setback to No. 25 Virginia on Saturday at Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte.
• This marks the second appearance for the Wildcats in the annual event.
• Davidson last played in the Charleston Classic during the 2009-10 season (South Florida, L 65-58; La Salle, L 84-70; Penn State, L 59-57).
• The Wildcats are looking to avoid just their second (2009-10) 0-4 start under head coach Bob McKillop.
• Davidson is in the midst of a six-game stretch away from home.
• The Wildcats are led by SoCon Preseason Player of the Year, De'Mon Brooks, who is averaging 17.0 points and 6.7 rebounds per game.
• Tom Droney and Brian Sullivan are also contributing double figures, averaging 15.7 and 14.0 points, respectively.
• In addition to its second straight NCAA Tournament appearance and 12th overall, Davidson finished the 2012-13 campaign with a 26-8 record, marking the fifth time in the last seven seasons the Wildcats have posted 25 or more wins.
• Davidson concluded the 2012-13 season with 17 straight wins before falling to Marquette, 59-58, at the buzzer, in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

• McKillop, who is the eighth longest-tenured coach in the country, is in his 25th season at the helm of the Wildcats.
• McKillop is the school's and league's all-time winningest coach with a record of 452-282.
• A year ago, McKillop was named SoCon Coach of the Year for a record ninth time.
• With last season's NCAA?Tournament appearance, every four-year player in the Davidson program since 1994 will have played in the "Big Dance."
• In 2012-13, Davidson led the nation in free-throw percentage with a .795 clip.
• The 2013-14 season will be Davidson's final in the Southern Conference. In July of 2014, Davidson will join the Atlantic 10.
