Czerapowicz Pours in 27 Points for Sweden U20 Team

ITALY - Davidson sophomore guard Chris Czerapowicz scored a game-high 27 points to lead the Sweden U20 Team in a European Championship preliminary game against Greece Thursday. Greece defeated Sweden 86-82.
Czerapowicz was 12-for-19 from the floor and 3-of-5 from 3-point range while grabbing six rebounds. He averaged 3.5 points and 1.9 rebounds in 21 games during his freshman campaign at Davidson after missing the first 11 contests with an injury.
Czerapowicz will be playing for Team Sweden in the U20 European Championships July 14-24 in Spain. Davidson teammate Ali Mackay, a 6-foot-11, freshman forward, will be playing for Great Britain in the same tournament.
