Holds the program’s eighth-best score in the heptathlon (4,479) with a sixth-place showing at the Atlantic 10 Championships… Set new personal records in the 100 meter hurdles and 800 meters at conference meet… Recorded new career best marks in the high jump and javelin at the VertKlasse Meeting (4/5-6).
Indoor
Finished third in the pentathlon at the 2023 Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships (2/23-24)… Score of 3,283 was ninth best in program history… Also recorded a third-place showing at the VMI Winter Relays (2/2-3).

Outdoor
Finished top-15 in the heptathlon at the A-10 Championships (5/6-7) with 3,898 points... Set PR's in the 100H (16.53s), shot put (10.56m), 200m (27.67s), and 800m (2:34.61) at the A-10's... Took fifth in the javelin at the Southside Power & Fitness Invitational (4/16) with a toss of 25.40 meters... Set a PR in the long jump at the same meet with a mark of 5.22 meters.
