2018 (Senior): A team captain, played in every match and in 84 sets • Led the team with 238 kills and 2.83 kills per set • Earned her first Atlantic 10 Player of the Week honor for the week of Oct. 15-21 after posting 46 kills in two matches • After earning 22 kills at a .314 percentage at Fordham (10/19), she had a career-high 24 kills at Rhode Island (10/21), including eight in the second set • Also had 23 kills against Charlotte (8/28) • Finished among the team leaders with 37 blocks and matched her career-high of five at George Mason (11/2) • Also had 91 digs, with a high of eight against Charlotte (8/28).
2017 (Junior): Appeared in every match, starting in 12, including the final 11 of the year… led the team with 239 kills… recorded a career-high 15 kills twice this season (Georgia, 9/08, La Salle, 10/06)… turned in a career-best .533 hitting efficiency this season versus South Carolina State (9/16)… nearly totaled 100 digs (96)… also tallied 41 total blocks on the year, recording a career-best five against Rhode Island (9/24).
2016 (Sophomore): Appeared in 26 matches with five starts… matched her career-high with 12 kills in the Wildcats 2016 opener vs. Jacksonville (8/27)…recorded double-digit kills in three other matches (Elon- 9/6, Liberty- 9/10, Charlotte-10/11)… registered season-best .333 hitting percentage at the A-10 Championships vs. Saint Louis (11/18)… recorded seven digs twice (Jacksonville, at George Washington, 10/22)… recorded season-high four total blocks in back-to-back matches (at Duquesne- 10/2, George Washington-10/7)… finished season with 146 kills, 75 digs, 33 blocks.
2015 (Freshman): Saw action in 100 sets as a freshman, averaging 1.70 kills per set, 0.54 digs per set and 0.48 blocks per set … Opened the season with six digs, four blocks and four kills at Charlotte (Aug. 28) … Turned in a season-high 12 kills and a pair of blocks against East Carolina (Sept. 5) … Registered eight kills and five digs at High Point (Sept. 11) … Recorded a .333 hitting percentage off of eight strikes versus Wake Forest (Sept. 12) … Tallied nine kills and a block against Marshall (Sept. 12) … Hit .353 to go along with seven kills, two digs and a block versus Murrary State (Sept. 18) … Chipped in a season-high four blocks at Winthrop (Sept. 19) … Added nine kills, three digs and three blocks at Fordham (Sept. 25) … Registered seven kills against George Mason (Oct. 2) and George Washington (Oct. 3) … Finished with seven kills and a block at Saint Louis (Oct. 18) … Had in 11 kills, four digs and four blocks at La Salle (Nov. 6) …Tallied nine kills, three digs and two blocks versus Rhode Island (Nov. 13).Â

A two-time all-conference honoree, Cockrell also earned all-state distinction and was named to the 2014 AVC Phenom List ... The outside hitter was named to the NRCA all-tournament team as a junior and senior ... A member of the track and field team, holding the school record in the long jump (17'11 ¾).
