2015: Saw action in three games • Finished the season with five tackles, including 0.5 for a loss • Had three tackles in the season opener at The Citadel (9/5).
2014: As a freshman, Thomas played in 10 games, while recording 16 tackles • Had a career high five tackles against Stetson (10/25) • Also recorded 3 tackles against VMI (9/13) • Recorded 2 tackles in two games as well.
Prep Years: Played for coach Phil Massey at Baylor School • First-team all-state and all-region • Chattanooga Times Free Press Best of Preps • 2013 Tennessee Coaches East-West All-Star game • Team finished as state runner-up in 2011 • Also played baseball for two years, earning all-region honors as a sophomore • Wrestled as a junior and senior, placing twice at states and winning 2014 region championship • Inducted into National Honor Society • John Chew Scholar • Member of Baylor Red Circle • 2013 National Merit Commended • Active member of Monteagle First Baptist Church and Spanish Club.
