2012: Named to PFL Academic Honor Roll • Appeared in the first six games, primarily on special teams, before an injury ended his season.
2011: Named to PFL Academic Honor Roll • Did not see any game action for the Wildcats.
Prep Years: Played for coach Scott Weaver at Hidden Valley • Team’s leading receiver as a junior and senior • Team captain • Selected to Southwest/Central Virginia All-Star Classic Football game • Also lettered in basketball and track • Starter in basketball and team was the state AA runner-up • Valedictorian • National Honor Society.
Personal: Born March 22, 1993 • The son of David and Bette Brand • Has two younger brothers, Walker and Logan • Completed a college Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Western Community College at the same time as earning high school diploma • Member of Davidson’s ROTC program • Spent 40 days in Sudan during 2013 summer.
