2014: Played in 10 games as a freshman • Had his best game of the season against Marist (11/15) in which he recorded 5 tackles, including two for a loss • Had two tackles against Stetson (10/25) and a tackle against Jacksonville (11/8).

Prep Years: Played football for coach Eric Heppner at Batesville H.S. • Named first-team all-state by Indiana coaches • Named conference defensive MVP and team MVP as a senior, and all-conference as a junior and senior • Led conference in tackles as a junior, and the team during final three years • Also played baseball and track • Was a Jaycees scholar all four years • Ranked sixth in class • Earned straight A’s from 2002-2014.
